My first Thanksgiving since moving to the US. So what happens? I HAVE TO COOK THE TURKEY! (Did a bloody good job of it, thanks to Julia Child, oyster stuffing and all.)
But everyone else brought the potatoes, veggies, cranberry sauce (delicious!), rolls, pies, and enough wine to fill the Royal Albert Hall.
I'm lovin' Thanksgiving, but just a rehearsal for Christmas. ;D

I had lots of good eats with the family, and played with my 9 YO cousin (who tired me out). She has enough energy to fuel the power grid, I swear.

No thanksgiving excuse to stuff ourselves here, sadly. We'll have to wait until christmas. Though our kids did take us out to a posh restaurant for our 25th wedding anniversary last weekend...
